This inexpensive rotator is made for visual use and will work with all Feather Touch and Stellarvue 2.5" rack and pinion focusers. It will also work with other focusers using an M63 X 1 thread. It will not fit other focusers.
This 2" adapter does many things.
- It serves as a 2" visual back for focusers that have an M63 female thread.
- It is a 360 degree rotator with nylon bearing surfaces.
- Unthread the 2" back and it will accept accessories with the M54 X .75 thread.
- Unthread the first knurled ring and you have an M68 X 1 thread which accepts many flatteners including our new SFFX-1 field flattener, former SFF3 and SFF4 flatteners and other 2.5" flatteners that use the M68X1 thread.

This rotator has three configurations. It is 20.75 mm in length when using the 68 mm female connection, 25.15 mm long connecting to the 54 mm female thread, and 37.25 mm long when using the 2" compression clamp. It has six nylon bearing screws, a Teflon thrust bearing and a thumb screw to lock rotation.
