Stellarvue Response: Marco - Any product we sell as new has never been sold. As owners of Spectrum Solar Filters will tell you, these cells have a rough finish. They all come this way. If they produced a filter with a polished, anodized cell, the product would cost perhaps 3 times as much and it would not be competitive.
