EI002 Illuminator

A sturdy, well made product. Works well with the Stellarvue 50 finder I recently purchased from a person on Cloudy Nights.

This illuminator is well made. It is to replace an illuminator from another company’s illuminated reticle eyepiece whose illuminator stopped working. This illuminator quality is considerable better! It is well made and should stand up for a long time.

Mounted easily. The red crosshairs appear as triple lines going across and up and down. I thought I should only see one line in the vertical and horizontal position.
Hard to line up on viewing object.

Arrived on time and works great an absolute must for night time use and even some daylight usage.

Arrived sooner than promised. It appears to be a sturdier version than what I have been previously using. It has more battery power. I have not tried it out yet. I am hoping to use it to improve my polar axis alignment but it will have use with the star alignment process for my mount. I am pleased.

Very good product at a low price. I liked it so well I bought another one. Very bright but can be turned way down also. Love it.
