C20 Case for Stellarvue 70-80mm Refractors

This case is the perfect size for my refractor, which is not a Stellarvue. The padding is substantial, and the case is very well made.

Since the interior has a square/rectangular cross-section, a cylindrical telescope needs to be secured inside the case with some kind of padding suitable for that scope.

Case meets all expectations

I recently purchased an 80mm refractor (AT80ED) and needed a case for it. This Stellarvue C20 is a perfect fit with the diagonal removed and the case is well constructed and good looking. I got this to store and carry my 73mm and 76mm APO refractors. It is well made and a good fit allowing for the telescope optical tube to be placed in the case without having to take it all apart into its smallest configuration. This makes the grab and go nature of these small telescopes work better for me. I'm not crazy about Velcro in general, but the one divider is plenty and makes transport easy. Overall, it is a very good and attractive case at a reasonable price.
