Jay Dougherty captured the full moon occultation of Mars at opposition from his front yard in Granite Bay, California. He used his new Stellarvue SVX130T, a Nikon Z9 ISO 64 1/160th for the Mars exposures and ISO 800 5 sec for the background sky/stars. Multiple exposures developed in Lightroom and then composited in Photoshop. There was no enlargement, just an angle crop to reference the subject as he saw it.
