The Running Chicken Nebula by Uri Abraham

Uri Abraham captured this image of "The Running Chicken Nebula" (IC 2948, lambda Cen nebula, IC 2944, IC 2872, The star λCen) using his Stellarvue SVA130T refractor, SFFR.72 reducer/flattener, QSI 683 wsg-8 camera and Astrodon filters on his AZ EQ6 GT mount.

Uri says, "This is my first attempt to create a two panels mosaic. Initially I wanted to image and processes with 3 NB filters but when I realized how much work is involved in processing and editing I 'chickened' and only processed HaRGB."
