ONLINE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This forum is established as a safe place for Stellarvue users to share their experiences, ask questions and learn more about our premium refractors. The mission of Stellarvue is to inspire a healthy interest in science and astronomy by handcrafting precision telescopes​. We ask that you follow the guidelines listed below to ensure that this forum results in positive and productive interactions among Stellarvue users. We rely on all forum members to help keep this forum a safe place for people to share and view information. To do this, we request that all members comply with the following rules when contributing:

1. Be friendly, courteous and respectful. Appreciate that others may have an opinion different from yours. Stay on topic.

2. When creating a new discussion thread, give a clear topic title and put your post in the appropriate category.

3. When contributing to an existing discussion, try to stay 'on topic'.

4. If something new comes up within a topic that you would like to discuss, start a new thread.

5. Share your knowledge. Don't hold back in sharing your knowledge as others may find it useful or interesting.

6. When you give information, provide your sources.

7. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. We maintain the rights to remove posts and threads to ensure that material posted in the discussion forums is not potentially harmful. For this reason, we may edit or choose not to publish any post, that: contains disrespectful or derogatory remarks about any person or organization, contains advice or content that we believe is damaging, unhelpful or distressing to others contains libelous, intolerant, defamatory, threatening, obscene or inflammatory language, or is nonsensical and/or irrelevant, promotes personal beliefs in a way that is disrespectful of the choices of others is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit or suggestive, abusive or otherwise discriminatory or objectionable, does not focus on the subject at hand. We are serious about keeping this a safe place for Stellarvue users. Anyone who engages in inappropriate postings may be permanently banned.

8. Never post content that invades a person's privacy including the address, phone numbers, emails or other personal information about others.

9. Please do not use this forum for any promotions or commercial solicitations.
