This reducer/flattener converts the 102 mm f-7 714 mm focal length objective into a 102 mm 535 mm focal length f-5.25 wide field imaging scope. Merely un-thread the adapters from the focuser draw tube and thread this unit onto the focuser's draw tube.
Please note: This reducer/flattener is designed to work with our newer SVX102T and SVX102T-R refractors. It may or may not reach focus on former/older model SV102 telescopes.
Flattener/Reducer for 2.5" Focusers: When you order the reducer/flattener for a 2.5" focuser it will use its standard M63 attachment thread which is the same as the thread on the Feather Touch or Stellarvue 2.5" focusers. Merely unthread the 2" adapter on the focuser and then thread the reducer/flattener into place. Again, some earlier model Stellarvue refractors were made before this reducer/flattener was created so they may not come to focus with this reducer/flattener.
Flattener/Reducer for 3" Feather Touch Focusers: This flattener/reducer comes with an M63 to M75 adapter. Merely unthread the 2" adapter on the focuser drawtube, thread in the adapter we supply and thead the reducer/flattener into it.
Flattener/Reducer for 3" Stellarvue Focuser: This flattener comes with an M63 to M78 adapter. Merely unthread the 2" adapter and the knurled adapter. Use the supplied adapter to thread the reducer-flattener directly to the focuser drawtube.
Flattener/Reducer for 3" Moonlight Focuser: Order the flattener/reducer for the 2.5" focuser. Ask Moonlight to supply an M63 adapter for the 3" Moonlight focuser.

Moving from dslr astrophotography to one shot color. It’s a big step for me, and I needed some hand holding with the process. Everyone at Stellarvue has been great. They take the time to fully explain the product and process. There is pride in their workmanship, and it shows from my SVX 115 T telescope / reducer-flattener, and other projects I have purchased. Thanks everyone.
As expected, finely machined and built. SV recommended that I purchase this with the scope as they match the optics and align everything before they ship. Very glad I did. First test image had nice round stars and literally zero tilt.
Works really well. So sharp. Does darken the edges on full frame.
