IC1871 Soul Nebula – Tim Cardin

Posted by Stellarvue on 3rd Aug 2020

This IC1871 image was graciously submitted by Tim Cardin. To “Own the Night,” Tim used his Stellarvue SVA130T with our SFFRR.72-130-48 Focal Reducer-Flattener-Rotator. Imaged this past January from his backyard, his integration time was 22.4 hours. Time well spent in our opinion. The image seems to draw you into its center. We’re happy to share this with you all, and hope you agree that it is quite stellar.
