ZWO EFW8 - 8-Position Electronic Filter Wheel
for 1.25" or 31mm Filters
The ZWO EFW8 can hold up to eight (8) 1.25" mounted or 31mm unmounted filters. The 31mm filters are held in place with included set screws and washers.
The EFW8 body is CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and is black anodized. It is sturdy and reliable, yet weighs just 14 ounces. Inside, a NPM stepper motor (made in Japan) is used to rotate the carousel either clockwise or counter-clockwise. The EFW8 is powered via USB, and includes a cable that can be plugged into the USB2.0 hub of ZWO cooled cameras.
