The Stellarvue SVX070T is currently out of production. We filled the wait list on this telescope mid November and then we pulled it from our fulfillment so we can focus on our other, larger, wait listed telescopes including the SVX152T, SVX140T, SVX130T, SVX102T and SVX080T. Larger telescopes are wait listed due to a higher than expected demand combined with our exceedingly high requirements. It can take months to perfect a .99 Strehl objective. So between now and the end of the year we are working entirely on filling all backorders. We may re-introduce the SVX70T next year once everything else is back in stock.

Truly a little jewel of a scope. The optics (.988 Strehl for mine) are superb, double stars at 140x are pinpoints showing little airy disks. Photographically stars are small and tight. The reducer works to flatten the field well for my ASI1600MM-C. The focuser is wonderful, with a convenient rotating knob that "manual rotator" SGP users will appreciate. The dual focus quality appears to be as good as a Feathertouch. The rings are high quality, and it comes with a *very* nice soft but well-padded case. The scope collapses to a tiny size, but the focuser has 90mm of focus and appears very rigid. It was expensive, but so far I think I got my money's worth.
This is one of the best telescopes out there! The focuser is very solid and yet silky smooth, and the overall fit and finish exudes quality. The built-in rotator is a useful addition and feels very solid. Views of Saturn and Jupiter were razor sharp with brilliant contrast. Using an APS-C sensor with the reducer/flattener, the stars are absolutely pinpoint from edge to edge, and my pictures are better than ever! This one is a keeper for life.
