The SV115T20 is designed as a stunning telescope with superior contrast and resolution. This telescope is preferred by visual observers who want to see more detail on the planets and in deep sky objects than a 4” telescope can deliver. The SV115T20 comes with a 2” Feather Touch reverse Crayford focuser, 4.75” extension, dual mounting rings and a heavy duty, thickly padded nylon travel case.

We start with the proprietary Stellarvue 115 mm f-7 apo triplet lens. We bench test the lens before we begin putting the components together to make a stunningly beautiful optical tube assembly. Once the telescope is complete, Vic Maris star tests each one. The SV115T was a 2 1/2 year project that continues in Stellarvue's tradition of excellence. If you want a razor sharp full apo with color free performance to discern finer details on the planets and extended deep sky objects, this is the telescope for you. This telescope may be used visually, photographically and with binoviewers. Most refractors require binoviewer adapters which reduce field size but the SV115T-20 may be used with binoviewers but like most refractors, it requires a refractor adapter. The SV115T20 may be carried on a plane with the extension tube removed. This is one of the best visual instruments we have made. The SV115T outperforms all our smaller (4" class) telescopes under steady skies for the observer who wants to see the most in a portable, high quality telescope.

Mounting Ring(s)	R115SET mounting rings with five 6 mm threaded holes on the top and bottom. Holes are spaced 1.5" & 60 mm apart with one in center. Vixen dovetail rail.
