M150 Isostatic Moun t
This is our largest mount and tripod. We manufacture it in our Auburn, California shop using 6061-t6 aluminum and stainless steel. Mount a 130 on one side and a 90 on the other. It will glide effortlessly around the sky.
Each axis uses both stainless roller bearings and Teflon thrust bearings offering extremely rigid yet butter smooth movement. Delrin faced clamping rings allow the user to set tension and hold telescopes in place at any angle. One can tighten the mount solid but the real joy comes from having it loose enough to move effortlessly with the slightest push, yet tight enough that it stops when and where you want it.
Forget about slow motion controls as you glide around the sky. Yes, most mounts need them but this one is just silky smooth, massive and a joy to use.

The massive alt azimuth mount has a 6" azimuth bearing surface, over-sized Teflon and stainless roller bearings on each axis. Adjust tension on both axis and you simply glide through the sky smoothly and stop completely when you arrive at the object. This mount must be experienced to be appreciated. No more pushing a mount that sticks or shoots past the object. Glide effortlessly from one object to the next. This latest version has independent adjustment locks with levers that have clutches to vary the degree of tension even better. This mount is so smooth that slow motion controls are redundant.
