M1 Grab and Go Mount with Vixen Dovetail Shoe

This "Grab and Go" mount is for Stellarvue 80 mm telescopes only. The mount itself will attach to any heavy duty camera tripod using a 3/8-16 bolt  and having an elevator extension. In order to use the M1 with any Stellarvue tripod, the MECA extension column is required. You can also use the mount on heavy  duty surveyor's tripods like our #TA sold below with the addition of the MECA  column. This mount uses 2" Teflon bearings has tension adjustment on both altitude and azimuth axis.

M1Ds

M1D Grab and Go Mount with Losmandy Dovetail Shoe

This "Grab and Go" mount is for Stellarvue 80 mm telescopes only. The mount itself will attach to any heavy duty camera tripod using a 3/8-16 bolt  and having an elevator extension. MECA Column

Mount to the M1 or the M1D mounthead to any tripode below using extension column. Also mounts to standard surveyor’s tripods using a 5/8-11 bolt.

3/8 inch Tripod Adapter

 This adapter has a 3/8-16 threaded hole and attaches to the bottom of the MECA or MEC2 column. This will enable you to mount your column to a tripod that uses the standard (Bogen style) 3/8-16 stud. #MEC2-AA - $39

Mount Handle

Round aluminum mount handle with cushioned grip. This straight handle mounts directly to either the TD2 or TD7 spring loaded dovetail. Navigate around the sky without grabbing the telescope. Attaches with a single 1/4-20 stainless screw which is included.
