STELLARVUE EYEPIECES

These high quality eyepieces are rated the  best in their class. The full multicoatings provide extremely high light  transmission, enhancing contrast. The 2" 30mm eyepiece uses a 68 degree  modified Erfle design that is as sharp as any eyepiece we tested in its  size under $200. While not as sharp to the edge as the much more  expensive Panoptic, this eyepiece is priced right and provides a  marvelous porthole view.

The 32 mm and 12 mm eyepieces are the  sharpest Plossls we have tested, outperforming more expensive eyepieces.  Offering a 50 degree field of view and generous eye relief, these are  excellent starter eyepieces. 

STELLARVUE 30mm 2" FMC Wide Field Eyepiece. Eye relief is 20mm with an  effective eye relief (for eyeglass wearers) at about 13mm. 5  element design. All air to glass surfaces have a multi-layer coating for  superior contrast and light transmission.  Rubber grip and eyecup.  Insert tube has safety groove and is threaded for 48mm filters.    #ESV30

Rigel Pulse Guide  Illuminator.  This illuminator will screw into any of our  reticle eyepieces above to provide you with a variable brightness  red illumination on your crosshair. Vary the brightness to suit your  preference. Two small knobs allow you to adjust the pulsation of the  light so it blinks on and off at the rate you prefer. One knob controls  how long the light is off and one how long it remains on. The blinking  light allows you to see the object you are centering and the crosshair  vividly. Stellarvue High Contrast ED Two Inch 2X Barlow

Here is a top performing,  fully-multicoated, compression ring Barlow that uses low dispersion glass  and accepts either 1.25" or 2" eyepieces.  Both the 2" and 1.25" adapter use compression rings. The insert tube is  tapered for superior alignment with all types of focusers and the front  is threaded for 2" filters. The lens is fully multicoated and edge blackened  for higher  contrast. Approximately 2X  magnification. Our best  Barlow.  #E1052
