This is similar to the standard multi-reticle finder (MRF) but has a much lower, permanent brightness setting. This works better for deep sky observing where you need a dimmer reticle. Uses the same lever on the rear that allows the user to switch from a red dot to a crosshair, circle or larger red dot. The reticle on this finder is not bright enough for daytime use. This finder uses the standard rifle scope dovetail base. To mount it to your telescope use one of the various F2 finder bases. The MRF attaches to one of our bases using an Allen wrench.
