WAIT LISTED ITEMS

Stellarvue telescopes are made by hand one at a time. We never let a telescope leave here that we would not personally want to own and use. This takes a great deal of care in the manufacturing process and careful attention to detail. Since our products are made this way, they are highly coveted and as a result, some of our telescopes are wait listed. In order to get on the wait list, customers must place an order and pay a minimal deposit.

Our production is based on orders we receive. There is a deposit required for all wait listed telescopes ordered. To get on the wait list you must place an order and provide your credit card information or send the deposit in advance by mail. Customers who pay by check will be placed on the wait list when the check clears. Customers who pay by credit card will be placed on the wait list the same day they order.

Wait listed telescopes are manufactured for the customer and there is a significant investment for every telescope we make. For this reason, when a customer cancels a wait listed order it will take up to 90 days to return the deposit and a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit refund, based on the amount of deposit at the time of order. There are no exceptions.

Quality is our number one priority. We make our "best guess" estimate as to approximate delivery dates but since we will not compromise quality and since each item is made individually, waiting periods may be shorter or longer than we estimate.  Customers are advised that time is not of the essence and estimates are only that. You should not get on a wait list if you are in a hurry or cannot wait longer than the original time estimate. Delays, which are usually based on component delays are generally out of our control and they can happen.

Stellarvue trademarks and service marks, and logos and product and service names are trademarks of Stellarvue (the "Stellarvue Marks"). Without Stellarvue's prior permission, these marks may not be displayed or used in any manner. Some products are patent pending. Stellarvue will take necessary action against any dealer in the USA carrying imitations of our proprietary products. Dealers are warned to check with us first before purchasing similar products as they may be illicit copies of products we specifically designed. Such products may only be sold by authorized Stellarvue dealers. We encourage all dealers interested in carrying our specific products to become a Stellarvue dealer.
