Stellarvue Telescope Lenses

Stellarvue telescopes from our 80 mm f-6 Nighthawk to our SV102BV use lenses with unique lens designs. Our apo lenses use super ED or Calcium Fluorite glass. Our triplets provide virtually color-free images across the entire visual spectrum – and beyond for astrophotography. All of our lenses utilize flat field designs so they can be used for 35 mm film or ccd astrophotography to advantage. They are as good as it gets. 

Our Auburn machine shop uses state of the art equipment. Our tube assemblies are among the best available anywhere. Our tubes, which include our smooth white pearl finished tube and our Stardust Blue tubes are rigid, precisely machined and hold perfect alignment at all times, essential for true apo performance. Only Stellarvue offers these unique tube assemblies.  

So now you do not have to wait years to get a top quality, completed tested, fast triplet apo. In fact, we often deliver these telescopes within weeks! But rest assured, each Stellarvue is tested rigorously by us and star tested by Vic Maris personally to ensure true diffraction limited performance. All Stellarvue telescopes carry the full Stellarvue USA warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and applies only to STELLARVUE telescopes.
