Objective lens	80 mm clear aperture, 750 mm focal length, air spaced, hand figured, doublet objective. Proprietary Stellarvue designed lens uses a lower dispersion glass element and is designed to minimize false color and provide an excellent star test. As noted in reviews and posts, this lens provides extremely high contrast views of the moon and planets.
Tube assembly	All aluminum, fully baffled optical tube assembly using thick wall aluminum tubing. Precision machined here in Auburn.
Lens Cell	High precision aluminum, adjustable cell for accurate and stable alignment. The user need never worry about this alignment as our exclusive adjustable system uses nine contact points holding lens elements in perfect position even when the telescope is jarred. Since each lens element is permanently held in place, the retainer applies less pressure on the lens, eliminating optical pinching.
Mounting Rings	Dual aluminum mounting rings with single 6 mm threaded hole in bottom.
Approximate Dimensions	3.5" diameter main tube and 4 1/16" diameter dewshield. OTA is 24 1/4" with dewshield retracted and about 27" long when it is extended. Weight of the optical tube assembly wih rings and reflex finder: only 6.25 lbs.
