Finderscope Eyepieces

Stellarvue finderscope eyepieces come with a focusing crosshair reticle that accepts a standard illuminator. Our 2” finderscope eyepieces have a 68 degree field of view. Our 32 mm 2” eyepiece will convert your wide field Stellarvue telescope into the world’s sharpest finder!

Stellarvue Standard Finderscope Eyepiece

This 1.25” eyepiece is the same one used on the Stellarvue finderscopes. It is a 23 mm eyepiece with a 50 degree field of view. It has a crosshair reticle and it accepts all standard illuminators. (shown with EI illuminator available separately below).

26mm focal length, five elements, generous 20 mm of eye relief. It has a crosshair reticle and it accepts all standard illuminators (shown with EI illuminator available separately below).

E7032R 2" wide field, illuminated reticle eyepiece

This eyepiece provides the largest field of any of our finderscopes. It provides a field of view that is nearly 7 degrees in our 80 mm finderscopes. 32 mm focal length, five elements, generous 24 mm of eye relief. It has a crosshair reticle and it accepts all standard illuminators (shown with EI illuminator available separately below).

Stellarvue Cross-hair Illuminator

This illuminator will screw into any reticle eyepiece to provide you with a variable brightness red illumination on your cross-hair. Vary the brightness to suit your preference. Knurled aluminum brightness knob and standard battery included.

Rigel PulseGuide Illuminator

This illuminator will screw into any of our reticle eyepieces above to provide you with a variable brightness red illumination on your cross-hair. Vary the brightness to suit your preference. Two small knobs allow you to adjust the pulsation of the light so it blinks on and off at the rate you prefer. One knob controls how long the light is off and one how long it remains on. The blinking light allows you to see the object you are centering and the cross-hair vividly. Standard battery included.
